Meet Natalie

As a single mom in my 40s who has had 2 back surgeries, I understand the importance of workouts that are effective, efficient and safe. I believe in strength training and good nutrition as the primary ways in which to change our body composition. I love working with women who are willing to put in the work and can have fun doing it.
